La exposición "La Naturaleza de Cozumel" consta de ocho cuadros óleos sobre lienzo, dos óleos sobre cartón y tres dibujos a pluma.

 Giacomo Bellucci  tiene amor y respeto por la naturaleza de Cozumel,

además de hacer un llamado a cuidar los recursos naturales para la posteridad.

Entrevista a Giacomo Bellucci

-¿Nos comenta por favor sobre su obra expuesta en el museo?

-Mi pintura es una pintura muy simple que no es difícil de entender. Es más bien una búsqueda de colores y un equilibrios entre ellos. Es la representación de una naturaleza idealizada, exuberante, llena de detalles donde no hay rastro del hombre. Los lugares por tanto no son reales pero los animales sí, son reales, son los que viven en la isla libres en su medio natural. Me gustaría que mi pintura transmitiera el amor que siento por los animales y el respeto por el medio ambiente.

-¿Podría decirme por favor que le pareció la inauguración de su obra en el museo de la isla?

-Fue un gran honor para mí ser recibido como artista en el museo de la isla. Yo estuve muy emocionado, además era mi primera exposición. Todo fue muy agradable y amable.

Giacomo Bellucci Logra captar el alma de los animales

-¿Qué es lo que más le gustó de la interacción con el público asistente? 

-Lo que más me gustó fue el interés que la gente mostró hacia mi pintura. Me hicieron varias preguntas: sí los pinceles que uso son muy delgados, cuánto tiempo tardo a terminar un cuadro y luego muchos de ellos me felicitaron porque le gustó mi pintura.

y el arte de la región que la vio nacer, 

aunado a que se genera conciencia en la importancia del arte 

como un vínculo conductor del mensaje de paz y 

la buena convivencia,  sin importar fronteras, lenguaje o cultura.

-¿Piensa que se cumplió con la visión que tenía usted contemplada para ser instalada sus obras en el museo, es decir todo lo relacionado con el recibimiento y la museografía. 

-Sí, me gustó todo de la ceremonia de inauguración y además la exposición de los cuadros estuvo muy bien. Noté que la gente se podía acercar a las obras y observarlas con atención.

-¿Algo más que desee agregar?

-Quiero añadir mi agradecimiento al Museo de la isla en la persona de la Licenciada Isela Carrillo y un agradecimiento especial a Sako por su paciencia, atención, amabilidad y eficaz colaboración.

Giacomo Bellucci

Nació en Italia, en Senigallia una ciudad en la costa del mar Adriático. Es biólogo y fue profesor de biología en la escuela italiana. Desde hace once años, tras su jubilación, ha elegido la isla de Cozumel como su residencia. Amante del arte, de la naturaleza y de la fotografía, pasó los primeros años con su cámara observando y fotografiando los animales de la isla en su medio natural. De forma autodidacta, comenzó a pintar hace seis años, su primer cuadro de hecho data de 2016 “Selva con Armadillo y Morfo Azul”. Desde entonces no ha dejado de cultivar esta pasión. "La Naturaleza de Cozumel" es su primera exposición individual.

The exhibition "The Nature of Cozumel" consists of eight oil paintings on canvas, two oil paintings on cardboard and three pen drawings.

 Giacomo Bellucci has love and respect for the nature of Cozumel,

Interview with Giacomo Bellucci

-Can you please tell us about your work exhibited in the museum?

-My painting is a very simple painting that is not difficult to understand. It is rather a search for colors and a balance between them. It is the representation of an idealized nature, exuberant, full of details where there is no trace of man. The places are therefore not real, but the animals are real, they are the ones that live on the island, free in their natural environment. I would like my painting to transmit the love I feel for animals and the respect for the environment.

-Could you please tell me what you thought of the inauguration of your work at the island museum?

-It was a great honor for me to be received as an artist at the island museum. I was very excited, besides it was my first exhibition. Everything was very nice and friendly.

Giacomo Bellucci Succeeds in capturing the soul of the animals.

-What did you like most about the interaction with the public? 

-What I liked the most was the interest people showed towards my painting. They asked me several questions: if the brushes I use are very thin, how long it takes me to finish a painting and then many of them congratulated me because they liked my painting.

Giacomo Bellucci 

He was born in Italy, in Senigallia, a city on the coast of the Adriatic Sea. He is a biologist and was a biology teacher at the Italian school. Since eleven years ago, after his retirement, he has chosen the island of Cozumel as his residence. A lover of art, nature and photography, he spent his first years with his camera observing and photographing the animals of the island in their natural environment. Self-taught, he began painting six years ago, his first painting in fact dates back to 2016 "Jungle with Armadillo and Blue Morpho". Since then she has not stopped cultivating this passion. "Nature of Cozumel" is his first solo exhibition.
