La obra que presenta Rebe Bejarano es sin duda interesante porque transmite bien la fuerza expresiva de conexiones profundas de los otros, de las imágenes sensoriales propias de los rostros en diversas facetas. Esta producción es un breve compendio de campos interpretativos e intuitivos de trazos que amalgaman los rasgos entre la autora y su entorno. Ella misma en la gran diversidad de colores y la ausencia de los mismos de la humanidad. Felicidades a la autora. buen augurio en el camino del arte.
Breve entrevista a Rebeca Bejarano Calzada:
-¿Platícanos sobre tu obra expuesta?
Expongo una serie de pinturas llamada rasgos, porque lo que siempre me ha interesado son caras, es lo primero que veo cuando entro a una habitación, es siempre lo que me la paso haciendo en hojitas, en mis brazos y en cualquier superficie que pueda encontrar.
- ¿Por que sientes una atracción especial hacia la expresión de los los rostros?
-Siento que no hay mejor forma de expresar y me gusta cuando las cosas no son tan de frente y tan sencillas, disfruto mucho la pintura impresionista porque no tengo que hacer un dibujo hiperrealista para expresar sentimientos. Lo que me gusta de las caras es lo mucho que se puede interpretar de ella, puede ser desde la persona que lo esta viendo. Si es una cara cada quien puede saber si esta triste o feliz, me gusta eso, lo vago que puede ser.
-¿Desde cuando pintas?
- pinto desde los 15 años ahorita tengo 18, empecé a pintar porque encontré unos óleos en mi casa que mi papa le había regalado a mi mama hace años y yo no sabia que existían o estaban ahí, los tomé y descubrí que me gustaba pintar.
-¿Tomaste cursos o eres autodidacta?
-Soy auto didacta, las técnicas salieron a base de prueba y error, una vez que descubrí que me gustaba pintar, quise aprender a mejorar. Disfruto mucho más aprender a través de los errores, porque mientras más técnicas, más reglas más trabada me siento,
-Tus imágenes parecen como si fueran trazos rápidos, como si fueran bocetos ¿son rápidos o llevas un tiempo hacerlos?
-Algunos son rápidos, me salen mejor los rápidos o sea siento que entre más he intentado pintar controlando lo que pinto ha resultado contraproducente, no funciona muy bien para mí, entre mas expresivo y rápido sea el trazo es mejor para mi.

The work presented by Rebe Bejarano is undoubtedly interesting because it conveys well the expressive force of deep connections of others, of the sensory images of the faces in various facets. Brief interview to Rebeca Bejarano Calzada:
-Tell us about your exhibited work?
I exhibit a series of paintings called features, because what I've always been interested in are faces, it's the first thing I see when I enter a room, it's always what I spend my time doing on leaves, on my arms and on any surface I can find.
- Why do you feel a special attraction to the expression of faces?
I feel that there is no better way to express and I like it when things are not so straightforward and so simple, I really enjoy impressionist painting because I don't have to make a hyper-realistic drawing to express feelings. What I like about faces is how much can be interpreted from it, it can be from the person who is looking at it. If it's a face, everyone can know if it's sad or happy, I like that, how vague it can be.
-How long have you been painting?
- I started painting because I found some oil paintings in my house that my father had given to my mother years ago and I didn't know they existed or were there, I took them and discovered that I liked to paint.
Did you take courses or are you self-taught?
I am self-taught, the techniques came out of trial and error, once I discovered that I liked to paint, I wanted to learn to improve. I enjoy learning much more through mistakes, because the more techniques, the more rules, the more stuck I feel,
-Your images look as if they were quick strokes, as if they were sketches, are they quick or do they take a while to make?
-Some of them are fast, I feel that the more I have tried to paint controlling what I paint has been counterproductive, it doesn't work very well for me, the more expressive and fast the stroke is the better for me.
